新款GLE450内饰是这次换代的一大亮点，终于不在是腻味的悬浮式中控了，而是采用和奔驰S级类似的一体式巨大触控面板，里面集中了仪表和一切功能操作，不仅显得更加豪华科技上档次，就连操作也便捷了许多，整个车内显得更加高端大气有逼格。至于其他方面只能说中规中矩小编就不细说了。
动力同样是新款奔驰GLE450的另一个亮点，虽然搭载3.0T的L6发动机，但最大可爆发高达367匹马力，峰值扭矩是500N.m，匹配9AT手自一体变速箱，这个性能是妥妥的吊打了新一代宝马X5，多了20多马力和50N.m，变速箱也比X5更多一个挡位。
